Hello! I hope that u r all doing awesome! I love love hearing from u every week! Things with my new companion are ok. they could be worse (ask elder gagne. haha) He is from Nigeria. I would like to skype around 2 o
clock our time so whatever time that is for you... like 8 or something? on sunday. the place i will go has a pretty good internet connection and already has skype and webcams and stuff so we should be good to go. i read dads email so i got all that info. yes i am thankfully still with elder hatch and smith! haha 


We werent able to meet with charles and his family this week but they are doing good. they even came to stake conference yesterday! Im very glad u enjoyed last weeks email!  Knocking is a cultural marriage thing that they
have and they have to be at least married by that before they can be baptized. It is usually and a pain and very complicated. for example charles and cynthia have been together for 7 years and have 3 kids and the father still wouldnt accept the knocking! ha but i think it is all good now! 


Our investigators are eh... since elder gagne left we haven't been busy at all and have been doing a lot of unsuccessful contacting for the most part. idk why. sometimes u just have down weeks. Ok so tues elder gagne and i went around and said goodbye to a few people all day. we first went to isehs and they said goodbye and then we went to the monyekors family. Elizabeth, godfred, daniella, janet. they r the best! we stayed there for like 4 hrs just talking and chillin. it was fun to just chat with them and be friendly instead of just teaching them. i showed them all pics of chancho! haha they loved him! that night we also [played a card game called golf. its way fun and ill have to teach u in 2 years! ha 


Wednesday was just a dumb day. no one did anything because transfers and we have to be in town all day at the bus station waiting for elders who r coming and going. I got my new companion though that night. his name is actually elder evbuomwam (e-wo-wom). so ya. he seems pretty cool i guess. ha i hope...


Thursday was the first day with elder evbuomwam. he was actually a way good teacher and funny too. in his own way. haha we taught kwabena and i was just confusing him, but my companion was able to help him
understand and so that was cool. 


On friday we had president interviews at dichemso. It took us forever to get there because of traffic!
president was also way behind on interviews so it took even longer. ha On the way there though on the tro tro, we had a lesson! haha i just started talking to a guy and it took off from there. we were pulling out scriptures and everything! haha We also saw james that night cause he REALLY wanted to meet my new brother. ha My companion hated walking as far as we did and he was not liking it. ha sorry buddy. 


Saturday we taught a couple of new investigators who could turn out. peter and kwabena. they are 26 and 27. we taught them the first couple principles of lesson 1 and it went well. We then contacting for a while and ended up teaching a man named samson. he is an older guy who was way interested and he even realized some faults of his own church on his own without us having to point them out! ha thats always a plus. We then walked all the way out to a less active members house to eat. ya she forgot. we were pretty bummed and had to walk all the way back. my companion has only been out 1 more tranfer than me but he is 25. 


Yesterday was stake conference. it was pretty sweet. there were a ton of people there since all of kumasi is still 1 stake.  after conference we went back to the apartment and i walked a goat for a couple of drunk guys. that was fun. haha they invited me to come eat it with them but i said i was ok. We then visited a former investigator charles who i felt like we should go see. it has been a month or 2. he said he has been reading the bom! it was awesome cause he was awesome before but he just couldnt understand why he needed to be baptized again. he said he wants us to start teaching him again though and that he wants to come to church. i was so happy! Also my fan broke sat so i had to sleep without one. which is the worst. 


on sunday i got another one from the zolls. Shes a beauty too! dual blades baby! Today has not been the best day so far. we played futbol this morning which was good, but we came to town and the atm ate my sub card. not my personal one. dont worry. but it still sucks. i couldnt withdraw my 140 cedis today and now i have to come back tomorrow! ah and then i have to hope they have it! its a mess. anyways, cant wait to talk to u in 6 days! i wish u all the best! love u all too dang much!
