Ah you guys are the best! I also feel bad that i was sick on christmas, but eh what can u do? yes i feel better now thankfully. ha so dont worry anymore! You guys all looked really good and healthy as well! Great thoughts this week too! they r totally true! we call each other father and son and stuff because if u train someone they become ur son and u their father and the person who trained u, their grandfather etc. when is the Zolls grandson coming? sorry u didnt get to meet pres kwarteng... well i guess i have still felt gpa with me. i dont really have time to think about much besides the work but since he died i have definitely had more drive and determination and happiness i think. hmm something u guys can do to help me on my mission is probably just dont get tired of me or forget about me. haha im half way there and i need u guys down the homestretch just as much and maybe even more through the last year! We dont take our mosquito nets with us no, each bed at each appt has one. yeah we have and are getting a ton of sisters! its pretty cray. (sorry there is not that final letter of the alphabet .... on the comp. as in ebra, ipper, etc. ha) no i dont have anymore in my district. still four. elder gagne just got made a DL though and he has 6 in his district. haha Elder Senda LOVED his package! ha he was freakin happy! he says he will keep writing u so u guys can send him another. haha i shared all my packages with the other elders cause i got a TON! ha so thanks everyone! The favorites were/are definitely the cheese, bacon and gmas cookies! how did she send them? i thought that was illegal? ha oh well i need more! maybe valentines...?
Alright guys well for my week: alright well as u know tues was christmas and it was awesome of course! like i said it was alot better talking to u guys this time (except for being sick) cause it wasnt like sad or anything. After we got done skyping i said i couldnt go eat cause i was sick but everyone made me come and im glad i did but i thought i was gonna die. haha we went to a freakin nice house of some members in the ward. their son plays football for ghana so they r loaded! they had chicken and rice which i couldnt eat, BUT they had freakin milk! real milk! i enjoyed that even if it did make me more sick i couldnt pass it up! Sorry skype wasnt so great, mothers day ill go to a legit place hopefully if im not in a village. also sorry i didnt get to talk to the girls much.
OK so wed we got back to work except we had our DM cause we didnt have it tues cause christmas. We had an awesome lesson with our new inv Benjamin and hes doing awesome! great right...? well... hes moving, but hes moving to asuoyeboa so ill refer him to the missionaries there. For DM we went over our one goals for the last quarter and we were way short. the good thing though is that our district meet our goals and im so grateful for that! i know its cause we are obedient and work harder than anyone! haha we did get 2 new sisters in our district to replace sis namugana and sis ejiobianu. They are both fresh on mission but they have good mothers so theyll be fine. We then went and met with dennis who is just doing so unbelievable! he is even an example and strength to elder senda and i. if u remember the story of how we met him u will understand me better when i say i know this is truly the lords work and he directs it! He says the only reason he hasnt come to church yet is because once he comes he wont stop. haha and guess what? he came sun!!! We then met with Janet and went over the POS and discussed pre earth life. she is also a completely changed person thanks to the gospel.
Wednesday we also had another meal at a members house! now that its the holidays everyone wants to feed the missionaries.
Thursday we looked at a freakin sweet new appt that the missionaries will get to enjoy next transfer and ill be gone so thats great... We then had an awesome christmas lunch thing at our WML's and that was pretty delicious. his mom is the best cook! We then went to our new area ODuom and had some lessons. we r still tryong to get some solid invs there. We then met with David who is awesome when we teach him but for some reaon he wont come to church! there has to be a reason so we r trying to find it out cause hes freakin sweeet! We then visited iseh and esther and talked to them about what was going to happen sunday with them getting confirmed and iseh getting the priesthood.
Friday was a slow day and pres wants us to now do our weekly planning on fridays so thats what we did. We had a lesson with melvis and shes doing awesome gospel wise but shes been sick lately so she hasnt come to church. we reviewed everthying with her though and she remembers it all and she is alsop turning into a completely changed person and those serouis problems she was having are becoming something of the past. She'll be ready to be baptied on the 13th along with dennis. We then met with augustine and he was really sick so we gave him a blessing and he got better. (we gave alot of blessings this week). We then had our weekly correlation mtg with the best WML in the world! hes like the one reason i dont wanna get transfered! ha
Saturday i had a wonderful personal study and i found an answer to my prayers! i have really been wondering y if the church is true we dont have so many members and churches like some of the other churches. I read in 1 nephi 14:12 and i recieved my answer! check it. We saw our new/potemtial inv's micheal and gifty and we r working with them slowly. We also saw janet again and prepared her for her confirmation on sun. We saw dennis again and he told us he really has a testimony of the BOM. We then did some contacting and found some good potential invs who speak english!
Sunday Iseh Esther and Janet were confirmed (bridgett was late so she didnt). I am also really feeling the power and authority of my calling as my testimony is growing and im becoming more and more converted! it shows in my converts too cause they r all powerful! i just wish i was like this earlier, like in asuoyeboa. Well fam u guys rock! keep it up!
